TITLE:Senior Manager, Product Management, Digital Account & Support

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for leading teams to develop and execute the next iteration of web self-service strategy and ensuring outstanding web portal customer self-service experiences. Define and implement best practices in digital experience development and operations. Develop and lead teams to deliver and execute transformational business performance improvements across digital web platforms. Define and utilize analytics to identify opportunities for customer self-service improvements by optimizing existing features and developing new features. Utilize Lean, Agile, and Development Operations practices for high-value software delivery. Analyze and interpret data to enhance customer experience and define key performance metrics using ForeSee, Jira, Tableau, Adobe Analytics Medallia Survey, Google Analytics, Aha! Roadmap software, Agile Align, Excel, PowerBI, Elasticsearch, SQL, Looker, Google Data Studio, Salesforce.com, Domo, or Quicksight. Create business processes and functions to streamline and accelerate time to market for high quality transformational customer facing digital experiences. Ensure alignment between all facets of business operations. Communicate key technical insights for development and execution of web portal customer self-service strategy. Develop and communicate digital self-service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue. Lead cross-functional teams and communicate updates to stakeholders. Act as liaison between the business side of Charter and the IT Business units. Analyze the business requirements and governing business rules provided by the product managers and stakeholders. Translate requirements into working documents that the IT Business units will use to improve Charter’s self-service websites and mobile applications. Document user stories and user experience flows in a timely manner based on the priorities of the product managers. Identify inter-dependencies across engagements and user stories. Ensure design/content/copy is provided for the user story acceptance criteria. Drive cross-functional grooming sessions and incorporate feedback in a timely manner, answer questions from cross-functional teams regarding user story acceptance criteria through delivery, and communicate user story changes. Ensure test cases provide appropriate test coverage of acceptance criteria; triage defects assigned to a user story to ensure validity against requirements; and understand the back-end architecture and technical dependencies.
 
EDUCATION/
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or related field. Must have 4 years experience communicating key technical insights for development and execution of web portal customer self-service strategy. 3 years experience analyzing and interpreting data to enhance customer experience and define key performance metrics using at least one of the following: ForeSee, Jira, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Medallia Survey, Google Analytics, Aha! Roadmap software, Agile Align, Excel, PowerBI, Elasticsearch, SQL, Looker, Google Data Studio, Salesforce.com, Domo, or Quicksight; and utilizing Lean, Agile, and Development Operations practices for high-value software delivery.
