MiTek® USA Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Manager for a permanent position in our growing office in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:


  • Lead a team of Software Quality Analysts to include training, mentoring, assignments and performance reviews
  • Identify ways for continuous improvements and innovation through vision
  • Be part of a team that strives to improve QA processes and performance
  • Apply automation to reduce timelines of manual test execution and enhance product quality
  • Collaboratively work across multiple teams (PMs, Developers, etc.) to represent QA
  • Create and Communicate QA Status and Defect Reports
  • Apply problem solving skills to ensure on-time product deliverables that meet or exceed the quality standards

Manage Testing in an Agile Environment:

  • Requirements Testing
  • Functional Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Performance Testing
  • Acceptance Testing
  • Automation Testing

Skills & Abilities:

  • Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university – preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 3+ years as a QA Manager
  • Experience with Automation processes and tools (Selenium, Appium, Test Complete, etc.)
  • Ability to research, analyze and resolve most software problems in complex network environments
  • Have a cooperative, collaborative, open and flexible mindset with experience leading a team
