DEN- Training Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals,
FAA documentation, professional journals or government regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Valid state Driver’s License
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize. Excellent attendance, communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts.
