LogistiCare is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team! As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be reponsible for partnering with department leaders to support and manage corporate recruiting activities throughout the nation. In this role you will also support the Director of Talent Acquisition with reporting, developing creative sourcing strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and enhancing the interview and onboarding process.   • Oversight and management of full-cycle recruiting process in partnership with corporate leaders for exempt and non-exempt positions including, but not limited to the following: requisition creation and approval, editing job descriptions, posting positions, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations and extensions, conducting background checks, onboarding, etc. 
  • Assisting with the development of onboarding practices to ensure a positive experience for new corporate employees
  • Assisting with new hire orientation
  • Partnering with the Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment processes
  • Providing recruitment assistance and system training to existing field operations, as well as supporting new business implementations
  • Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process comply with employment laws
  • Educating department leaders on established recruitment processes and compliance requirements 
  • Assisting the TA team with the development, implementation, and evaluation of interview tools, techniques, job descriptions, and orientation material
  • Conducting job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and market pay competitiveness
  • Developing cost-effective recruitment strategies based on business and departmental goals and needs analysis; may include management of third party vendors and assisting with the development of contacts with educational institutions, minority-owned agencies, employment agencies, placement firms, workforce centers and other local organizations in an effort source a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Meeting affirmative action/equal opportunity and diversity recruitment goals
  • Consulting with legal counsel when necessary to ensure that hiring policies and practices comply with federal and state law
  • May perform other duties as needed
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suites 
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and recruitment software applications (experience with ADP Recruitment Manager preferred)
  • Prior experience partnering with human resources business partners and department leaders for present/future staffing needs
  • The ability to come up with creative marketing and sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience working with all levels of executives and management
  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing Exceptional customer service and closing skills 
  • Previous experience sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill roles and markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task in fast paced, fluid environment
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment
  • A "go-getter" attitude with the desire to take initiative and exceed goals
  • Proven ability to meedt deadlines
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed (10%)
