As a Financial Analyst Sr you will support Space Program Performance Management (PPM) organization to focus on PPM Governance and PPM Surveillance across all Space.

• Must have good knowledge of the industry Program Performance Management Process .
• Seeking at least 4 years of experience either industry level and apply it to the PPM surveillance process.
• Provide support and guidance to LM Space
programs and insure adherence to LM and Industry Standards for PPM implementation.

In addition, as an analyst with audit and/or PPM experience, individual will help identify PPM implementation improvements. Will be responsible for program outreach and communication -building strong and effective relationships with program personnel. This will be fast paced job with a focus and improving the implementation of the PPM throughout Space.

Basic Qualifications
-Strong verbal and written communication
and interpersonal relationship skills.
-Able to assist in the implementation of affordable and effective EVM Systems and tools to improve overall implantation efficiency.
-Support leadership with internal and external surveillance of the Program Performance Management (PPM) processes as defined by the 32 EVM Guidelines.
-Able to assist programs with PPM implementation and preparation for successful customer led reviews and audits.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Be able to lead surveillance reviews, develop and give briefings,interface with subcontractors with EVM flow down requirements, internal and external customers to include DCMA/DCAA.
-Must be willing to travel - 10%.

Desired skills
-Proven experience in driving an initiative that positively impacted affordability, schedule and/or technical performance.
-Working knowledge of Cost Engine and PPM tools
-Working knowledge of the EVM Policies & Procedures.
-Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley program/process.
-Subcontract and/or material management experience would be a plus.
-Experience with large EVMS audits.
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
-Change Agent working toward improved implementation of EVMS.
-Strong and Positive Engagement and Communication Skills.
