Republic is currently looking for a full-time Valet to work at our Aurora, CO location.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preferred experience in a customer service related industry is an asset (Parking, Hospitality, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ensure safe handling and parking of a wide variety of vehicles
  • Must be able to jog or run at a proficient speed when needed
  • Must be very organized, and be able to accurately track keys and valet tickets
  • Must be able to work under pressure in high volume and fast pace situations
  • Must be able to use a smart phone
  • Must have a clean driving record and willing to undergo background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to drive / operate manual transmission
  • High level of professionalism and be an expert in all areas of customer service
  • Ability to collect parking tickets and fees accurately
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts

Job Requirements:

  • Ensure a positive experience for all RepublicImpark partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is clean and well maintained per Republic / Impark’s standards
  • Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests
  • Maintain professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist daily customers with payment inquiries.
  • Monitor the occupancy of the lot and post signage as required
  • Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parking
  • Monitor any events that occur outside the location that may affect the operation as mandated by the management
  • Possess good communication and listening skills.
  • Work effectively as a team with your Area Manager and Co-Workers
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of both the work area and of the location as required
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time and use stairs when needed.
