As a Pharmacy Technician II - Non-Clinical Divert, you will be empowered to partner with the pharmacists and route questionable prescriptions for resolution or put on your thinking cap and solve escalated prescription issues. The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensure each issue has been resolved to ensure a positive customer experience. The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for communicating with physician’s offices and efficiently reading and interpreting prescriptions. This role requires being detailed oriented, utilizing and sharpening your accuracy and efficiency in reading and interpreting prescriptions. In addition, these roles require solution-driven individuals with excellent problem solving skills, strengthening your data entry skills, which will have a positive impact on the pharmacy workflow in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the Pharmacy Technician II - Non-Clinical Divert team, you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information, technologies and channels.

Other responsibilities for the Pharmacy Technician II - Non-Clinical Divert include but are not limited to:
- E-faxing
- Understanding pharmaceutical calculations
- Working with basic computer programs
- Customer Focus
- Problem Solving
- High levels of reliability

This is a work at home position. Candidate must meet specific requirements for work at home eligibility.

Required to be on site for 30 days (subject to change as needed) prior to working from home for training.

Required Qualifications
- Must have active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of Pharmacy Technician experience

Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification (CPhT)

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
