Job Title: Keys, Work-Study

Department: Displaced Homemaker Program

Pay rate: $12.85 per hour

Number of openings: 2

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The KEYS work-study position reports to the KEYS Director and will provide valuable administrative support to the KEYS office staff. The position will be responsible for answering telephones, recruiting, greeting visitors, assist with front desk reception, students and staff that come to department main office. Copying, scanning, mail distribution and forwarding, errands, maintaining files, updating and, some data entry.
    Outgoing and helpful personality; ability to cheerfully greet office visitors and assist them attentively, personable and professional telephone manner, ability to maintain confidentiality, basic MS Office suite skills, attentiveness to detail and environmental awareness. Other tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a current student of the Community College of Denver, taking at least six hours of credit and awarded work-study funds.

  • Eligible for work-study funds.

    Proficiency in oral and written communication.

    Ability to wok in a fast paced office environment.

    Strong customer services skills.

    One or more semesters working in an office.

Time Commitment

20 hours a week (may not exceed 20 hours per week)
