We are now in search of a Provider Recruitment Specialist to support the Provider Recruitment Manager in the process of screening, recruiting and contracting qualified child care centers and in home care providers for the Back-Up Care Advantage Program® national provider network.

What you will be doing:

  • Support Recruitment Manager in tier gap analysis, recruitment and manage provider nomination process.
  • Assists with management of tracking system.
  • Review match requests that are initiated by CR/CS for gaps in the network.
  • Identify potential licensed child care centers and in-home agencies for participation in the extended network of the Back-Up Care Advantage Program® based on identified needs.
  • Qualify identified providers based on quality standards and parameters set by divisional leadership team.
  • Initiate, follow up, visit when necessary and complete the recruitment process with providers determined as qualified.
  • Negotiate advantageous pricing with recruited providers.
  • Obtain all required documentation from newly recruited providers in order to secure a complete account record at the time of recruitment.
  • Responsibility for ensuring seamless handoff of all new providers to the appropriate management teams.
  • Leverage tools, resources and reports to conduct analysis of demographic targets for recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed and complete record of activities related to the overall recruitment process.

What we hope you will bring to the role:

  • AA degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 years sales and/or recruitment with a proven track record of effectively “closing the sale”
  • Background in Human Services or Early Childhood Education is a plus
  • Strong skills in persuasion
  • Ability to draft clear, concise and grammatically-correct communications to providers and other constituents
  • Ability to clearly, efficiently and persuasively communicate telephonically to an audience new to the concept of back-up care
  • Ability to conduct advanced internet searches, and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Motivated to meet and exceed goals as an individual as well as contribute to the success of a larger team
