AlloSource is currently seeking a Office and Record Retention Coordinator to join our outstanding team.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Executive Assistant, this position facilitates communications and provides administrative support to the organization. The Coordinator is also responsible for administering the Corporate Records Retention program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
* Clerical support to company staff as needed and as requested by Executive Assistant
* Back up to reception duties as needed, including operating the switchboard, coordinating temporary reception help as needed
* Facilitate meetings for staff and visitors, such as ordering meals, organizing Town Halls, and company luncheons
* Facilitate meetings for staff and visitors for yearly events, such as Milestone Dinner, Donor Dash, Vendor Appreciation Open House
* Administer the company credit card program as needed, i.e. order/cancel cards, file receipts
* Facilitate the company wireless device program as needed, i.e. order/cancel service, troubleshoot devices
* Deposit company checks as needed
* Maintain refreshment supplies on a regular basis
* Manage records program, i.e. tracking, archival, storage and retrieval, destruction dates
* Review and revise Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions to reflect current industry standards.
Skills / Requirements
Education/ Formal Training Required:
* HS Diploma or GED
Job and Industry Experience Required:
* 2 years record retention experience
* 3 years of office experience related to administrative support
