Job: LEARN, WORK & PLAY WITH THE CEO, DIRECT SALES

Fast Trac Buildings is looking for a few ambitious sales and marketing professionals to join our dynamic, profitable and fast growing company as a Sales Associate Level I, II, or III. We are looking for people with the desire to learn and/or already have strong phone sales ability. In this position you will effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product lines & services directly to the end-user/consumers (B2C) and help them buy our highest quality steel buildings from you. All leads are provided and generated through our nation-wide advertising campaigns, so that everyone you call has requested more information and will be expecting you to call… that is, NO MORE COLD CALLS! You will be provided with proven phone scripts that are natural and easy to convey, and you will be provided with paid training as you learn and apply your skills. You will be trained on how to meet our customer’s needs, propose the right solution and close the sale. Depending on your prior sales background and how fast you learn our proven system, you progress through the levels of sales associate and potentially into a level IV position and our sales management team. This is ideal for those who no longer want to dead end or be restricted in pay, as so often is the case in phone sales. These are large ticket items, and you will earn more, as you grow more, and produce more and progress through the levels of this position.

Fast Trac also offers frequent sales contests, quarterly incentive trips, $100 bonus days, company paid portion towards health and dental after 90 days of employment.

Pre-engineered steel buildings and/or construction experience is an added plus, but we will train the ambitious and highly motivated person who wants to be the master of their own financial destiny. If you are eager to prove yourself, you can make as much as you want in sales, and/or later select the option of entering management positions in this department or others. If you are honest and hard working, are a natural at going the extra mile, have good communication and customer service skills… your desire to advance and make money will find a home at Fast Trac.

Base pay during training, then transitioning to aggressive and profitable commissions of up to 30% on profit margins. Average income $40K+ 1st year. After 90 days, health & dental benefits kick in, as well as advancement opportunities. This is a competitive and fun team environment. No travel is required.
