The Nurse Instructor assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates comprehensive orientation, staff development, and continuing education programs for nursing staff using a multidisciplinary approach. The Nurse Instructor promotes a model of continuous learning through participation in education, consultation, role modeling, and research.
