Our Telephone Personal Bankers are responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems. Personal Bankers are also responsible for building customer relationships through a needs-only based sales incentive plan via inbound service requests. As a Personal Banker with U.S. Bank, you will:
Provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems Cross-sell products and services Refer customers to appropriate Sales staff and obtain a comprehensive knowledge of all bank products and services applicable to target customer segment as well as general U.S. Bancorp information required to answer customer questions.
