Summary:
Responsible for the execution of the production plan as well as the training and development of employees who operate our equipment and assembly processes. Performs mold sets and assures quality product through equipment processing. In addition, the Supervisor fully utilizes our 13 Step documentation to consistently achieve the end production results of safety, quality and quantity. Proactively supports company policies and strategies.

Experience:

3-5 years Plastic Processing experience required

Supervisory/management training with a lead role in a manufacturing environment

HSD/GED required; AA Degree preferred

Effective communication and leadership skills

High degree of problem solving skills

Quickly learns and adapts to changing needs of our manufacturing environment

Ability to focus on the tactical details of execution

Proficient with computer; windows-based applications
