Salary: $2357 - $3387 Monthly

Hours Of Operation: 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday
9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Saturday
Rotating Schedule - Monday - Saturday

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing a broad variety of services for members in person and over the
telephones. This includes but is not limited to opening and closing accounts, interviewing and
processing all consumer loan requests, establishing and servicing various deposit accounts,
assisting members with account problems and performs system account maintenance. Based
on a needs assessment, cross sells products and services to new and existing members. Assists
and supports MRI as needed. Position requires sales skills, excellent public relations skills and
a good understanding of credit union products and services. Efficiency, accuracy and
professionalism are vital for this position. Provides excellent service by demonstrating courtesy
and concern for members and co-workers.

Provides information, opens and processes basic Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)
transactions and products. May also include interviewing and processing Real Estate loan
requests; may perform the duties of a teller and receptionist as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Education or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of experience in consumer lending and/or new accounts in a financial
institution with an emphasis in sales required. Basic knowledge of underwriting principles and
processes preferred. Cross-selling or sales experience essential. Cash handling and receptionist
skills preferred. Business development skills and IRA knowledge a plus.
