Job: Relief Manager

As a Relief Manager you will responsible for the following:

Devote full employment time to the management of KFC's food service operation. Under the supervision of the Officers of the company including the Manager, and with the Manager's express authorization and approval, hire, supervise, and as necessary terminate employees.

Under the supervision and direction of the Manager, purchase supplies and inventory as directed by Company and consultants. Assist the Manager in assuring that the Company Store is open for business operating at least 10 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Keep building and premises clean and attractive and in good condition. Comply with all local, state and federal regulations, including, but not limited to, health ordinances, wage and immigration laws, disabilities acts and laws prohibiting discrimination and sexual harassment.

Assist the Manager in assuring that all employees follow federal and state labor laws, including taking applicable breaks and lunch periods and recording all time worked.

Cooperate with consultants the company engages for operations, accounting, advertising and management.

Follow all policies and procedures of the Company and applicable policies and procedures of YUM Brands, Inc. and the franchisor(s). Assist the Company in complying with all lease agreements.

Attend all policy meetings of the Company, meetings with consultants and weekly meetings with the manager, all at the time and place designated.

Assist the Manager in assuring that daily deposits of all receipts of the Company are made are the depository designated by the Company and follow deposit and accounting procedures.

Follow all governmental and Company safety procedures. Comply with all directions of the officers of Company.
