Position: Mortgage Services Specialist
Salary: $2,665.00- $3981.00 Monthly
Hours Of Operation: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday Friday
9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Saturday
Rotating Schedule - Monday - Saturday

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing clerical support duties for the mortgage department. Obtains and verifies necessary information and prepares documents for the processing of the mortgage loan file. Arranges flood zone certifications, real estate appraisals, and title work as required. Communicates loan status to all involved parties including buyer, seller, realtor, and title company representative when necessary. Obtains proof of insurance as required on mortgage loans. Assists or refers members as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience: Three years of recent secondary market mortgage processing experience required. Demonstrated experience processing FHA loans required.
