Position Summary:

The Client Support Specialist is the point of contact for ASF clients, a Client Support Specialist researches and resolved questions and complaints regarding receivables and member issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing customer service.

Explanation of all reports and other ASF correspondence.

Educating clients on software and Internet programs.

Trouble shooting and problem solving of clients accounts and issues.

Providing sound advice and suggestions to clients.

Re-selling potential â€œlossesâ€ of clients or re-gaining trust in low volume clients.

Up-selling clients on new program(s) to help â€œboostâ€ business and educate clients on why programs would be beneficial to their business.

Coordinating club exits and closures.

Suggest ideas and improvements.

Promote polite service to other departments in need of assistance.

Maintaining and keeping file system up to date.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements):

Excellent time management and organizational skills and must have attention to detail and accurate.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum of 1 year experience in call center environment.

Excellent customer service and telephone skills.

General office such as computer knowledge, fax machine, telephone, etc.

Normal working hours and conditions:

This position requires a 40 hour work week between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm or 9:00am and 6:00pm. Normal shift activities will include typing, use of a mouse, telephone work and other typical tools used in an office setting with minimal standing and walking. Also must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
