Job: Manager, Health Initiatives Business

The Manager, Health Initiatives Business is responsible for the overall business management of the Health Initiatives programs. This includes tobacco cessation, weight management, and other programs. This position will serve as the primary contact for all billing, fulfillment and client data needs. The manager is responsible for coordinating all internal and external service delivery to meet the associated goals and timelines. irectly supervises client managers and the administrative support team. The Manager, Health Initiatives Buiness serves as primary liaison with NJH accounting and is responsible for contract compliance, fulfillment monitoring and business analysis as needed.

Incumbent must have exceptional oral and written communication proficiency; attention to detail and ability to multi-task; possess strong organizational skills. Capacity to establish and maintain constructive business relationships with internal and external customers while maintaining integrity and confidentiality. Aptitude to research, analyze and successfully resolve a broad spectrum of issues. Incumbent must be a positive, professional team player, able to manage project time constraints and work with little supervision. A strong understanding of business processes, billing cycle, inventory management, fulfillment and logistics with proven experience overseeing large projects is required.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a business management or related management focused field of study is required.

Certification and Licensure
None required.

Work Experience
A minimum of three (3) years related work experience in a service delivery field required. A minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience is required.
