Sales Manager - Recent or Current Copier Industry Sales Experience Required.

All Copy Products is a privately held, multi-million dollar, full service office machine and technology company with locations in Denver, Fort Collins, Boulder, Colorado Springs, CO and Phoenix, AZ. We offer sales and leasing of document management equipment, service plans, and accessories sales, as well as sales of document management software.

This person will be responsible for taking over and expanding a team of Sales professionals.
This person will be responsible for mentoring a team of sales people whose goal is to develop new business, manage, and maintain accounts.
This person will be responsible for meeting certain expected business goals and expectations on a weekly and monthly basis.
This person will be responsible for attending meetings with new sales people, prospecting, and cold calling with a sales team who have protected territories
Sales people are additionally responsible for continually following up with future and potential clients to offer new products and promotions, negotiating contracts, maintaining customer accounts, and resolving customer issues.

Requirements
This person must have recent sales experience in the documnent solutions industry, dealership experience is highly preferred. This person must have experience or management training and should have experience mentoring a team. Familiarity with document imaging software would be helpful.

We will not consider candidates who have not sold or managed in the copier industry within their last two places of employment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with new sales peopke and understand the amount of time spent in the field with new sales people helping them with contracts and providing feedback.

We will consider solid performers in the document solutions industry in a Sales role who have a strong desire to work in a Sales Management role.
