Beth Nehamah Hospice is looking for an experienced Social Worker (MSW or LCSW)
* Part-time flexible hours (20 hours M-F) plus call schedule and PRN
With anticipated growth and the opportunity to pick up more hours

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong clinical experience, excellent communication and follow-up skills and be able to hit the ground running.

Requirements for the position include:
* MSW required (LCSW preferred)
* Hospice experience preferred
* Excellent patient-relation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently w/o direct supervision
* Extensive background check is required.
