- Maintain our website to reflect changes in direction and new product offerings and delivery channels.
- Take proactive measures to communicate and solidly understand/learn our branding image.
- Responsible for gathering data from our MCIF data warehouse and distributing with action recommendations to appropriate parties.
- Produce and maintain reports that track sales and provide target market profile information to aid management in understanding membership behavior and return on investment.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining internal communications as assigned.
- Complete administrative work as assigned.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that provides positive working relationships and productivity.
- Work with external Marketing/Advertising agencies and manage fulfillment of of member communication.

Product Knowledge-Has an integral understanding of website development, sales, and marketing procedures, processes and policies to effectively support daily departmental activities.
Decision Making-Ability to understand and solve problems, analyze and interpret data, manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, and apply attention to detail.
Analytical Thinking-Ability to assess situations accurately and respond correctly, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the Credit Union and the member whenever possible.
Organizational Awareness-Thorough understanding of Credit Union philosophy.
Self Starter-can work independently and with little supervision
A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing/communications/sales or degree in associated area is required., communications or sales is required. Credit union or financial services industry and website development knowledge is preferred.
