We are currently in need of a Bank Operations Administrator to support banking centers by providing effective and efficient service to internal and external clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Initiates wire transfers through Fedline Advantage, completes and balances all related entries.
  • Monitors incoming wire transfers, notifies Private Banker, completes and balances all related entries.
  • Processes all adjustments and research requests.
  • Processes and balances all ACH entries
  • Monitors and balances various general ledger accounts and reports daily.
  • Maintains and monitors ebanking relationships
  • Balances Teller Cash daily
  • Initiates cash orders for branches while monitoring cash limits
  • Processes and balances non-post and stop payments daily
  • Notifies Private Banker of overdrawn clients and processes per their instructions.
  • Monitors and notifies Private Banker of Reg D violators.
  • Processes and documents Reg E disputes.
  • Processes customer notices & statements.
  • New Account verification
  • Maintains deposit operations scanning system
  • Supports bankers in 6 locations, in 2 states
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Skills / Requirements

    - Must be able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines.
    - Personal computer skills to include Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the internet.

    And would also exhibit strong competencies in:
    - Intellect (the ability to learn, understand and innovate).
    - Personal skills (integrity, candor) and Interpersonal skills (oral and written communication, a genuine desire to serve others, etc.).
    - Ability to work independently and solve problems using resources at hand.
    - Proven ability to multi-task, follow-up and follow-through.
    - Excellent proficiency on computers in general and in using Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education and/or Experience:
    - 1 - 2 years Bank operations experience preferred.
    - Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and compliance as it relates to bank operations.
    - Bachelor’s degree with related area of emphasis preferred.
