Job: Customer Service/Order Entry

Intellisource is currently hiring customer service/order entry employees for a seasonal 8-12 week position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment. Must have a proven ability to multi task, prioritize, work in a windows environment with a strong basic understanding of excel & outlook. Positive attitudes and team players ONLY! Must be able to start 1st or 2nd week in November.

Requirements Requirements:

Proficient in Excel and Outlook

Typing 35-45 wpm, strong data entry w/accuracy

Friendly, outgoing phone presence with a 'can do/will do' attitude

Strong communications skills: Verbal and Written

College graduate or previous inbound call center/customer support experience
