Centura Health is seeking a full-time Patient Account Rep II on our Managed Medicare team. Responsible for resolving regulatory and commercial accounts. Facilitates the analysis and research of EOBs to problem solve outstanding accounts. Analyzes credit balances and issues refunds as necessary.

2 years relevent healthcare work experience required, healthcare revenue cycle experience required, understanding of debit/credit experience and 10 key required, experience with Meditech preferred. Must understand UB04 and be proficient in computer applications. Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills to resolve, problem solving, tenacious.
