Our Mission, To make available an integrated, comprehensive system of community-based mental health services to all people living in Boulder and Broomfield counties, with the priority of serving individuals and families affected by major mental illness and serious emotional disturbances. We are looking for a CLINICAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MANAGER to join our team! The Mental Health Center Serving Boulder & Broomfield Counties, Inc. is seeking Clinical Quality Improvement Manager to lead the alignment of Quality Improvement, Utilization Management, Program Evaluation, Strategic Data Analysis and Client/Family Advocacy programs and practices with the organization’s mission, vision and strategic direction. This is a key leadership role requiring experience with managing these specific functions and contractual requirements, as well as helping to lead change management efforts for this vision- and mission-driven organization. Candidates will have demonstrated experience in quality improvement, utilization management and in working with leadership to implement new strategies and practices. Experience in strategic data analysis and program evaluation is desired. Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communications and collaboration skills, and to effectively lead a team of employees. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Quality Improvement Manager supports the Center’s ability to realize strategic objectives and provide superior client care within the available resources of the mental health center by overseeing and managing staff and projects devoted to quality clinical care, demonstration/measurement of outcomes, evaluation of clinical programs, data quality, client satisfaction, business analysis, appropriate assessment of client needs and use of clinical resources, training in best practice standards, adherence to contractual expectations and holding the vision for key Center priorities associated with managing a high quality and efficient clinical practice. Skills / Requirements
Masters Degree required, preferably in a clinical field. Non-clinical degrees may be considered in conjunction with overall relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years experience in QI/UM leadership role.
