St Anthony Central is seeking a Performance Improvement Coordinator to support Medical Staff and Hospital Staff in all quality improvement efforts by providing the CQI structure for those efforts, and providing data from the various hospital databases to support those efforts. Bachelor's degree in a clinical field. Clinical background with 5-8 years direct patient care in a hospital setting required. Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role with management of financial and quality indicators or benchmarks. Fundamentals in cost accounting and financial management required along with basic Computer skills.
