Job: DIRECTOR OF DIETARY SERVICES

Colavria Hospitality, a privately owned company, specializes in facility management services for Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Independent Living Communities. Colavria is currently searching for a Director of Dietary Services for their St. Paul Health Center long term care facility. St. Paul is located in the heart of Denver, across from Denver’s City Park and Zoo. Our state of the art skilled nursing care units specialize in personalized care and an environment promoting therapeutic healing in the wake of a hospitalization, as well as long term care service. Our goals at St. Paul Health Center are to provide our residents with the very highest quality of service and our staff with the best possible workplace. It is only through the combined efforts of dedicated individuals that our goals are achievable.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for cost control, food production, client relations and maintaining company standards. Duties include total management of Dietary Services department including: management of dietary staff, ordering, production supervision, inventory, sanitation and in-servicing.

Basic financial and computer knowledge are required. The selected individual must have long term healthcare and food production experience, as well as excellent organizational, customer service, management, and oral/written communication skills. College degree or equivalent experience required. Certified Dietary Manager strongly preferred.
