Job: Associate Financial Representative

Job Description
Performs office support activities for one supervisor. Duties include troubleshooting and solving investment related issues via phone or email. Strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to strong organization skills are required for success. Candidate must be able to multi-task is a high energy, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support investment/securities related services for team
Manage status reports for business inventory

Support Sales & Marketing:
Assist on direct mail and email campaigns
Assist in coordinating sales/customer appreciation events

Support Client Services:
Provide basic technical support to clientele

• Working knowledge of standard computer programs including Microsoft Office and basic web browsing skills
• Previous experience supporting a sales team
• Previous customer service support via telephone
• Series 6 and 63 licenses recommended
