Job: Manager in Training / Sales / Collections

AARON'S SALES AND LEASE OWNERSHIP is now hiring for our stores in the Denver Metro area.

We bring in individuals into our management training program to master all aspects of our business through extensive training so that he/she will have the ability to be promoted to General Manager of one of our stores and run that store successfully.

Typically, Management Trainees get through their program with 12 to 18 months of PAID TRAINING!!!!!!!

Candidates hired for these positions will be involved in an intensive training program; learning each one of our sales, marketing, collections, and accounts programs thoroughly. They will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers and their accounts through exceptional customer service.
