Provides leadership in daily operations of the facility. Responsible for administration of business, financial and clinical functions of the facility. Assists in the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further the delivery of Centura's healthcare services within the community. Practices personal accountability and leads staff to be personally accountable for achieving set goals and objectives as well as mission and core values. Assumes daily responsibility for the overall operations of the clinic and community initiatives so that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost effective manner.

Three years health care management experience, three years leadership experience and current BLS certification required. Must attend at least two continuing education sessions per year.
