Work with case management team on discharge planning and utilization review for patients. Assigned throughout entire hospital to all units. We provide case management seven days a week, so ability to work weekends, and flexibility to work either an early or late shift to provide coverage (either in early/out early...or in late/out late).

Must have a current RN license and BLS certification.
