The Service Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles efficiently, effectively and accurately. The Technician’s quality of work directly influences customer satisfaction, loyalty, and departmental profits.

The job requires an individual with strong technical skills, the ability to organize work, use tools, and complete paperwork legibly and accurately.

The technician must be able to read or otherwise access technical bulletins and other technical information.

Additionally, the individual needs to possess the capacity for learning new skills and the inquisitiveness to ask when (s)he is not sure.

The job also requires an individual who is efficient, accurate and thorough.

Previous Lexus or Toyota experience preferred.
