Nordstrom fsb is the banking business unit of Nordstrom, Inc. providing financial services support. The Colorado Service Center is located in Centennial, Colorado. Position: Customer Service Representative Full Time: Temporary seasonal assignment with the opportunity to qualify for regular employment. Hours: 8 – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday Job Summary: Assist customers with Online Account Management (OLAM) and account information. Primary Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding enrollment, password, sign-on issues and other online related questions. Answer incoming customer calls related to online accounts. • Look up retail and Visa account numbers for customers shopping in the store without their card. Skills / Requirements
• Minimum Qualifications:
• High school, GED or vocational school diploma is required. • Minimum of one year of customer service or related experience is required. • Personable, out-going, sales-oriented, results-oriented and self-motivated individuals with a desire to exceed world-class service expectations while achieving accuracy, service and productivity levels is desired. • Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) in a Windows environment with an intermediate level of PC skills is required. • Ability to service customers, via phone, in a friendly and efficient manner. • Ability to apply excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
