Colorado Solutions nurtures the individual talents of people with developmental delays and disabilities. Our Service Coordinators get to know the people they work with, providing a wide choice of services and resources. We encourage our customers to try new experiences and learn new skills.

We provide a lifelong collaboration with our customers and their families. We help people maintain optimum health, explore their interests and find ways to reach their personal goals. Our customized services help every person with a delay or disability live life to the fullest. 

Colorado Solutions

For people who need 24-hour residential care, Colorado Solutions provides community based host homes.

We want every customer to be safe, respected and able to learn and grow. We focus on creating environments where people with disabilities make choices throughout their day.

Host home services include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transportation to medical appointments

Trained professional host home providers:

• Keep detailed notes on customer progress
• Maintain communication with family members and professionals
• Encourage customers to explore personal interests

Host home providers listen and are responsive to customer needs.
