Profile: Katie B. Smith

Katie Smith is an Executive Search Consultant and Coach.  For the past 15 years, she has done strategic consulting on both sides of the fence: with business leaders to build their executive teams, and with professionals seeking Director-to-C-level roles with privately-held companies. Her “matches” focus on 3 key areas: culture, energy level and skill. Katie’s hands-on approach is direct, open and thought-provoking; she builds relationships built on accountability and trust.
