COMPLETE HOME HEALTH CARE is a Medicare/Medicaid certified home care agency serving clients up and down the front range with branches in Boulder, Denver, S. Denver, Brighton, Longmont, Colorado Springs, Canon City and Pueblo. We are constantly striving to listen to our clients, adapt to their needs and be a leader in home health care.

Home Care Services include skilled nursing, rehabilitation, homemaking and personal care, wound care, diabetic teaching, cardiac/pulmonary care, pediatrics and home phototherapy. Our Home Care Team is comprised of a Medical Director, an Advisory Committee, Clinical Care Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, Certified Nurse Aides and Personal Care Providers. CHHC is a member of the Better Business Bureau.

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Boulder CO office.
Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Is compliant with all policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Federal and State governments, the agency, and other regulatory agencies, i.e. OSHA, Worker?s Compensation.
2. Is responsible for administration of all branch functions, including financial planning and expansion.
3. Promotes customer satisfaction for all clients, employees, and visitors to the agency.
4. Maintains branch performance standards at a level determined by the executive team.
5. Hires and supervises office and Clinical staff.
6. Initiates agency processes and monitors compliance with the processes.
7. Is available, or has a designated representative available, at all times.
8. Maintains strict confidentiality of information relating to clients, employees, and the agency.
9. Follows the agency?s code of Ethics and Clients Rights.
10. Approaches tasks with a positive and flexible attitude and practices team behaviors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of rules and regulations of all payer sources, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
3. Minimum of 2-3 yrs management and administrative experience in health care with preference for experience in home health.
4. Able to proficiently use a computer, email, fax machine, copier/scanner and other office equipment.
5. Able to demonstratae excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Able to travel to other locations, as needed, for meetings.
7. Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships and effective leadership skills.
