Do you want to move up the company ladder? Ask about what you would need to do to get promoted. Listen to the answer and take notes. If you are interviewing with your boss, ask him/her how you will know when you are successful.
If you have done homework, do not ask a question just to demonstrate your knowledge. Seek to get an answer that you truly desire.
