On Thursday April 2nd, 2009 from 2 to 10 pm, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society of the University of Denver is proud to present JobJam 2009, the first ever fusion of the traditional career expo and the modern music festival. A carefully selected date, April 2nd was chosen to maximize attendance. It is an ideal day and time to attract the 10,000 plus members of the DU community and with radio, print, and internet advertising, we will be attracting the best and brightest job seekers from Denver and Boulder to the Mountains. The goal of JobJam is to provide as many benefits as possible to the people that make up the workforce of Colorado. For job seekers, this event is 100% FREE. JobJam will provide an exciting forum for the job search. For employers, just $500 gets you access to the entire DU community and any other job seekers who will be reached by our extensive advertising efforts. Additionally, employers will be invited to an exclusive networking lunch where contact information will be exchanged fostering beneficial relationships between local companies in all fields. We are encouraging employers of all types and sizes to participate in this groundbreaking event. With a fresh perspective on the job search, JobJam 2009 is sure to be an amazing event for employers and job seekers alike.
