Apartment Maintenance Technicians

We are hiring NOW for immediate needs at Apartment Communities in the maintenance department. Multiple positions available at various communities throughout the Denver Metro Area (Denver, Ft. Collins, Boulder, Colorado Springs). Positions vary but may involve the following:

Assist in preparation of apartments to rent ready condition.

Apartment rent ready to include appliance repair, minor plumbing repair, minor electrical repair, drywall patch or replacement, painting, carpet removal, garbage disposal replacement and changing locks

General building preventive maintenance tasks.

Complete resident service request in a prompt, professional and thorough manner.

Assist in the daily responsibilities for cleaning the service workshop.

Complete all service request forms accurately and fully and submit all forms to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager at the end of the day.

Perform grounds care duties as needed to include sprinkler repair to general clean up.

Common area clean up to included power washing buildings, cleaning pool area, laundry rooms, public restrooms and trash bins.

These are TEMP and/or TEMP to HIRE positions with great communities with great stability, and benefits (some even offer a rent discount).

ALL LEVELS BEING HIRED FROM SEASONED JOURNEYMEN TO ENTRY LEVEL

MUST be RELIABLE AND BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK!
