• Perform all functions necessary to sell our products and services at or above the profitability guidelines established.
• Continually prospect for new customers and new business using phone, mail, personal contact, referrals, and all other
means available to you.
• Regularly and consistently follow up with all your prospects and customers per organization/departmental guidelines
using telephone, mail, personal contact, and other means available to you. This specifically includes regular and
systematic follow up with those who have purchased vehicles from you/us regularly and continuously after they have taken delivery.
• Continually maintain and upgrade your “product knowledge” of the products and services you/we sell and of
“competitive” products and services.
• Together with management, set annual, monthly, weekly, and daily results oriented goals/objectives. Develop and
work action plans that achieve those goals/objectives.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies, advertising and promotions to increase
sales and profits.
• Assist in customer relations and in ensuring we maintain the highest attainable levels of “Customer Satisfaction”.
• Assist in establishing reasonable and competitive prices for our products and services, and in keeping all order books,
price books, price lists, catalogs, and other sales materials, forms, brochures, etc., up-to-date, accurate, distributed and stocked.
• Assist in ensuring that all manufacturer/supplier programs, warranties, etc., are followed and that required records are
kept.
• Ensure our sales areas, both inside the buildings and outside, present a clean, neat, and “professional” image.
• Assist in the collection of past due customer accounts as requested.
• Use and keep up-to-date accurate records, files, forms, etc.
• Perform any and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Assist in developing and implementing process/procedure (QMS) to be used in department.

Must have a clean & Valid COLORADO driver's license (out of state Drivers Licenses are not accepted by our insurance company)

Must be able to obtain a Sales License as required by the State of Colorado Department of Revenue

Must be able to pass a drug test if offered the position.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday, mornings, afternoons, evenings.
