Job: IT Support - Level 1

Ralph Schomp Honda*BMW*MINI Cooper is seeking an entry level IT Support tech.

• The primary role of this position is to support the employees of Ralph Schomp Automotive. This person must be able to multitask. This person must be able to prioritize tasks and be able to see projects through to there completion. This person will be empowered to complete the task at hand and must be a highly motivated individual who is a self starter. This person must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues on their own.

Applicant must have a high level of knowledge using Microsoft Excel & Access


• Maintain assigned systems within the dealership.
• Perform routine maintenance on all Printers, Copiers, Systems, Etc.
• Stock, inventory, install, toner and ink as requested by Department Managers.
• Deployment of new PC systems as systems reach end of lease/end of life.
• Assist IT manager on various projects and assignments as company initiatives dictate.
• On Call duties on a rotating basis.
• Observe and enforce the Ralph Schomp Automotive acceptable use policy as it pertains to the information systems.
• Ability to work on projects without direct supervision.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds without assistance.

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• A+ Certification (or leading up to)
• Network + Certification
• MCSE Certification
